Who We Are
BellsFit60 is an inclusive and diverse functional fitness community gym created with all levels in heart and mind. Our West Orange based community gym is here to serve West Orange and our neighboring towns such as but not limited to Orange, Verona, Livingston, East Hanover, Montclair, the Caldwells, Montclair, etc.
Our Model
We have created an exclusive environment that will connect our 12 member in house classes with our virtual member population LIVE. We humbly believe and completely understand the need for an at home gym. You no longer have to feel left out working out at home. All you have to do is tap in to one of our live classes and immediately feel like you are right here with us.
Classes
Each class will be coached and run from beginning to end by a qualified coach. We have 5-6 classes Mon.-Fri. and 3-4 classes on Sat.
Programming
Our programming model is primarily focused on functional fitness movement patterns including the Crossfit methodology, strength and conditioning, general conditioning, metabolic conditioning and bodyweight workouts. We wholeheartedly believe in applying and transferring what we do in the gym to our activities of daily living. After all… the fitter you are ,the more healthier you are!
